Traditionally in Gujarat, developers have been required to form a service society under the state cooperative board model. This process demands 10 members, involves hybrid paperwork (online and offline), and requires extensive documentation—making it timeconsuming and inefficient. Moreover, the traditional model lacks a proper compliance framework for future maintenance.
